Compensation Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA (100% Onsite)
Type: 6-Month Contract | 40 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $54/hr on W2
Role Overview
Supports core compensation programs, market benchmarking, and annual pay reviews. Partners with HR and Talent Acquisition to build competitive candidate offers and resolve pay-related inquiries.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2+ yrs (with Bachelor’s), 4+ yrs (with Associate’s), or 6+ yrs (with High School Diploma) in Compensation, HR, or Finance.
Excel: Intermediate to Advanced skills (working with large data sets).
Benchmarking: Experience with compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, Aon-Hewitt).
Systems: Experience in Workday & ServiceNow.
Communication: 2–3 yrs managing compensation inquiries and explaining complex policies.
