- Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern — Cincinnati — Paid, with a supervised path toward Ohio appraiser certification
- We are hiring a paid Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern through the Ohio College Technology Internship Program.
- The part worth reading twice: strong performers are considered for a supervised path toward Ohio appraiser certification, assessed after one to two internship rounds. Our Managing Director is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over twenty years in the field and supervises through Pointer Appraisal Services. Almost no firm this size can offer that, and the credential pipeline in this industry is thin enough that it matters.
- The work is real. Normalizing operating statements, abstracting leases and rent rolls, deriving cap rates, sizing debt, and building the analysis behind actual listing decisions.
- $15/hour minimum, W-2, part-time, remote or hybrid, November through April. Preferred background: real estate, real estate finance, finance, or business analytics.
