Collections Analyst

Our client, a large company is located in Mississauga, is looking for a Collection Analyst to join their team. As a leader in their field, this role offers a collaborative work environment and very competitive salary.

The successful Collection Analyst's duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails
• Enforce credit and payment terms
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Prepare and provide regular status updates

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

• At least 2 years of collections experience
• Well spoken and ambitious with a diplomatic and professional disposition
