Business Systems Analyst, Manufacturing & Finance Systems

2. About the Opportunity:

The Business Systems Analyst, Manufacturing & Finance Systems is responsible for managing and optimizing the finance and business systems ecosystem that supports critical manufacturing and financial operations. This role ensures the effective operation and integration of enterprise systems, enabling efficient procure-to-pay and manufacturing execution processes, thereby directly contributing to operational accuracy and scalability.

3. Responsibilities:

• • Serve as primary system owner for finance and manufacturing systems including Coupa, Microsoft Business Central, Graphite, Arena, Brex, and SimpleLegal
• • Perform system administration tasks such as user access, configuration, and data management
• • Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements
• • Identify and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and data accuracy
• • Support manufacturing data and processes across PLM, ERP, and MES systems
• • Ensure accurate data flow between key platforms
• • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain for production and scale-up support
• • Manage and troubleshoot integrations across enterprise systems
• • Document data flows, controls, and integration processes
• • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system improvements
• • Support system implementations, upgrades, and testing
• • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial controls
• • Validate transactional data for consistency and accuracy
• • Assist with audits, reporting, and data governance activities

4. Requirements:

• • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• • Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise business systems
• • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
• • Hands-on experience with system integrations and enterprise application data flows
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• • Systems-thinking approach to optimize business processes
• • Attention to detail focused on financial data and controls
• • Effective communication and collaboration skills
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience with Coupa, Graphite, Arena PLM, Brex, or SimpleLegal
• • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and MES integrations
• • Experience with PLM, ERP, and manufacturing system integrations
• • Background in industrial technology, manufacturing, energy, or clean technology
• • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration tools, or automation technologies

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• • $146,000—$172,000 USD base salary depending on location, level, qualifications, and experience
• • Equity grant
