JDE Business Analyst (Oracle ERP Implementation)

Position Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated JDE Business Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation and optimization initiative. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to gather requirements, improve business processes, configure ERP solutions, and support implementation activities across multiple functional areas.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) and exposure to Oracle ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, finance, or operations environments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to ERP processes.
• Support Oracle ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, training, and deployment.
• Analyze existing business workflows and recommend process improvements leveraging Oracle and JDE capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors during implementation projects.
• Configure and maintain JDE modules while supporting integration with Oracle ERP applications.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define future-state business processes and system requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, business process documentation, user stories, and test scripts.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with defect resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity through participation in data migration, validation, and cleansing efforts.
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support change management initiatives and end-user adoption activities.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP systems.
• 3+ years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE).
• Experience participating in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration project.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and ERP best practices.
• Experience creating business requirements documents, process flows, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industry experience.
• Experience supporting modules such as:
• Financial Management
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Supply Chain Planning
• Manufacturing
• Order Management
• Warehouse Management
• Experience with SQL and ERP reporting tools.
• Exposure to data conversion and systems integration projects.
• PMP, CBAP, Oracle, or JDE certifications are a plus.
