Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Finance) to work on a full-time basis. This role involves collaborating with researchers to improve the performance of AI models in finance-related tasks. As a Business Analyst (Finance), you will leverage your expertise in finance to evaluate model outputs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for better performance. This opportunity allows you to apply your finance knowledge across various areas, such as corporate finance, investment banking, and accounting, while contributing to the advancement of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks and identify gaps where models do not perform well.
• • Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas, such as deal analysis, M&A assessments, and investment scenarios.
• • Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
• • Analyze financial data and develop insights to inform AI model development and improvement.
• • Communicate complex financial concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, F&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• • CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBa in Finance preferred. Candidates with relevant on-job experience and training will also be considered.
• • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
