Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Intelligence Analyst based in Worcester, MA, allowing for a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, developing actionable insights, and creating detailed dashboards. They will collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements, build data models, and leverage business intelligence tools for strategic reporting and decision-making support.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Strong skills in Data Modeling and the construction of Business Intelligence Tools
Experience in designing and maintaining Dashboards for performance tracking and reporting
Expertise in Business Analysis to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools are a plus
Strong communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors is advantageous
