Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Intelligence Analyst based in Worcester, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business data, designing and building data models, and developing interactive dashboards using BI tools to support organizational decision-making. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, identifying key performance indicators, and ensuring data accuracy and meaningful insights for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting complex datasets to drive insights and business decisions
Proficiency in Data Modeling and designing measurable metrics for data visualization
Experience with dashboard creation and presenting data in an accessible and actionable format
Hands-on expertise with Business Intelligence Tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Solid knowledge of Business Analysis, including requirement gathering and defining KPIs
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work effectively in both independent and hybrid work environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
