SKILLS REQUIRED

• Mandatory Skills
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain
• Strong knowledge of payment networks including Mastercard, Visa, Interac, Cirrus, and TSYS
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and leading project discussions
• Hands-on experience with authorization, posting, and reconciliation processes for payment transactions
• Proficient in JIRA for tracking issues, managing workflows, and supporting project delivery
• Ability to bridge business requirements with vendor solutions while acting as a Product SME
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills with experience supporting strategic initiatives and production environments
