Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
Create process flows, data flows, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
Define acceptance criteria and support development teams throughout implementation.
Work with QA teams to develop test scenarios and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
Support defect triage and provide clarification to development and QA teams.
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries when required.
Analyze system integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows between applications.
