Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of our client in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, leading requirements analysis, process improvement, solution design, and implementation for large-scale business and technology initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and objectives.
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop process models, use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, and business rules.
- Facilitate requirements prioritization and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state processes to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation.
- Lead business analysis activities for large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution reviews, and release planning.
- Develop and coordinate UAT strategies and execution and validate solutions against approved requirements.
- Support training, change impact assessments, business readiness, adoption planning, and production deployments.
- Ensure business requirements align with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives.
- Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis supporting large-scale business and technology initiatives.
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, business process modeling, workflow analysis, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Experience supporting system modernization, digital transformation, or complex technology programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, APIs, cloud solutions, systems integration, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry or automotive services.
- Experience working on large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and business process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and lead initiatives through successful delivery.
