About The Role
The role serves as the primary bridge between go-to-market strategy and technical execution, focusing on the optimization of the revenue engine. This position is responsible for auditing complex business processes, identifying bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash lifecycle, and implementing scalable systems solutions that drive predictable growth.
The team operates at the intersection of data architecture and business logic, ensuring that the CRM remains the single source of truth while maintaining high data integrity across the entire tech stack. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of how sales, marketing, and customer success data flows through integrated cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows within Salesforce and integrated platforms to streamline lead routing, deal management, and renewal processes
- Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, churn, and pipeline velocity
- Conduct deep-dive SQL analysis on large datasets to identify trends in customer behavior and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage the integration of third-party tools such as Marketo, Outreach, and Gong into the core CRM environment, ensuring seamless data synchronization
- Develop and document standardized business processes and data governance policies to minimize technical debt and improve cross-functional efficiency
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to facilitate the annual planning process, including quota setting, territory carving, and commission structure modeling
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or sales operations at a high-growth technology company
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration, including Flow Builder, validation rules, and complex custom object architecture
- Proven ability to write complex SQL queries and build sophisticated data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B go-to-market strategies (Inbound, Outbound, PLG)
- Experience managing large-scale data migration or systems integration projects with a focus on data hygiene
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification, experience with Apex/SoQL, or proficiency in Python for data manipulation
