• nAlter Domus is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support HR Technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business process analysis, SAP SuccessFactors, stakeholder engagement, UAT, and requirements management
• .Responsibilitie
• sGather business requirements from HR and business stakeholders
• .Define project scope from business and technical perspectives
• .Document current-state and future-state business processes
• .Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• .Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation
• .Develop use cases and functional specifications
• .Support UAT planning and execution
• .Track defects and coordinate issue resolution
• .Maintain RAID logs and project documentation
• .Produce status reports and governance documentation
• .Coordinate testing activities and milestone tracking
• .Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones
• .Required Skill
• s8–10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• .Strong Gap Analysis and Process Mapping skills
• .HR business process knowledge
• .SAP SuccessFactors functional knowledge
• .Experience with Jira, Confluence, and OpenText
• .Strong UAT and test scenario development experience
• .Project governance experience
• .Excellent presentation and communication skills
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
