We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst in Beirut, Lebanon to join our Product & Technology team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, UX/UI, and business teams.
- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and feature reviews.
- Understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Analyze data and reporting requirements and use basic SQL when needed.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile and software development teams.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and basic SQL.
- Experience with SaaS, FinTech, AdTech, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
