Responsibilities

• • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• • Map current workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• • Analyze operational data and summarize key findings
• • Create clear reports, process documentation, and project updates
• • Support testing and rollout of process or product changes
• • Track action items, risks, and business outcomes
• Qualification

Required

• • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
• • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• • Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools
• • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured questions
• • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

• • Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, process mapping, or project-management tools
• • Coursework or projects involving business analysis or operations
• • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
