Business Analyst – Role Description & Qualifications
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making through data analysis and process evaluation. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance organizational performance. Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success metrics.
Perform process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessments.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in business analysis, operations, project management, consulting, process improvement, or data analysis is an advantage.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data visualization platforms, and reporting systems is beneficial.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are considered an asset.
