Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis methodologies. Familiarity with business process analysis, performance measurement, and project coordination concepts is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of business intelligence, process improvement frameworks, and data-driven decision-making principles is a plus.
