Business Analyst - CPQ Integration

• Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – CPQ
• Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
• Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Develop business specifications and review functional design documents.
• Support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and enterprise system integration initiatives.
• Create data mapping specifications and process documentation.
• Develop and execute test scripts and support SIT and UAT activities.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and track defects through resolution.
• Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements and future-state workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Support requirement workshops, design reviews, testing sessions, and change management activities.
• Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, and cross-functional business processes.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, business specifications, and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of CPQ processes and solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience with data mapping, process mapping, SIT, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
