Business Analyst

• Title: Contract Business Analyst – Documentation Recovery- Only W2
• Location: Spartanburg, SC | 100% Onsite
• Duration: 12-Month Contract | 40 hrs/week | Possible Extension

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support an IT Documentation Recovery and Cybersecurity initiative for a public-sector organization.
• Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex IT environments
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews & facilitation
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint
• Strong Microsoft Visio experience for process mapping and workflow diagrams
• Experience working with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or IT operations
• Preferred:
• Documentation recovery / knowledge management
• Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or ITSM
• SharePoint governance
• ITIL, NIST, or CIS knowledge
• Government or regulated environment experience
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or PMP
