Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare process maps, notes, and requirements documentation.
• Support testing or validation of process changes.
• Use data to evaluate process performance where appropriate.
• Translate business questions into structured analysis.
• Track open questions, decisions, and follow-up items.
• Maintain clear records of assumptions and agreed requirements.

Consistency is important in recurring work. Following naming conventions, maintaining clear source records, and using repeatable checks helps reduce avoidable rework and makes outputs easier to trust.

• Ability to organize ambiguous requests into clear requirements.

The work is collaborative even though the position is remote. You should be comfortable sharing concise updates, asking specific questions, and maintaining records that another teammate can understand without reconstructing the entire history.

You will work remotely from within the United States using common digital workplace tools. Professional communication, responsible time management, and consistent ownership of assigned work are expected.
