Board Certified Behavioral Analyst / BCBA

We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join a respected healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. This full-time position offers the stability of a Monday–Friday schedule no nights, no weekends! Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• $90,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary
• $5,000 Retention Bonus

Daily Responsibilities

• Works directly with youth ages 8-17 with autism and various behavioral health diagnoses.
• Responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing complex behavior intervention plans.
• Provides clinical support, feedback, education, and guidance to direct care staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral diagnoses.
• Experience with behavior plan development, data collection, charting, and graphing.
