  • Behavioral Framework is expanding and opening a brand-new ABA clinic in Glen Allen, VA — and we’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to step into a clinic-based leadership role with a highly structured schedule, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus on clinical quality without the burden of billable hour requirements.

That means 4 days off every week — with no work expected outside your scheduled clinic days.

  • What You’ll Do
  • As a BCBA, you will:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct parent training and caregiver support
  • Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes
  • What We’re Looking For
  • âś” BCBA certification in good standing
  • âś” Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • âś” Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred
  • âś” Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools
  • âś” Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • âś” Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
