The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact

This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.

You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in-person supervision
  • Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration
  • Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation Rate: $95-$110/hr

Note: A salaried equivalent is open for discussion and can be structured upon request for qualified candidates.
