Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Specialized Assessment & Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) school based position providing direct services to qualifying students with behavior IEPs, assisting in the development of BIPs, attending ARD meetings, and providing consultation to school staff. Duties to include, conduct or update FBAs and develop or revise BIPs as needed, help determine student service frequency with case manager and SPED teacher, consult with and support teachers and campus staff, collect and review behavior data and document services and progress notes in Frontline.

This job is in person at a campus located in Houston, TX 77099 for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The position is to provide services to 2-3 high school students, 2 hours a week to start, including direct services and indirect time (consultation with staff, data review, and documentation).

BCBA rates start at $60/hr

• Qualifications for BCBA positions
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis / ABA, Special Education, or related field
• A minimum of 2 years experience providing related services and behavioral support to school-aged children
