About The Role
As a BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and behavior analytic services for children ages 2-5 receiving early intervention ABA services. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians/RBTs, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families to ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- North Carolina LBA eligibility or licensure
- Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
