Job Summary & Responsibilities

The BCBA - Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership in a center-based ABA setting, overseeing treatment quality and supporting children through individualized, data-driven behavior programs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and reassessments, developing and modifying treatment and behavior intervention plans, and ensuring effective implementation through supervision and training of Behavioral Technicians.

The role involves close collaboration with families and caregivers, providing guidance on ABA strategies and behavior management. The BCBA monitors program effectiveness by reviewing data, tracking progress, and making necessary clinical adjustments. Additional duties include leading social skills groups and ensuring high standards of care and compliance across all programs.

Education, Licensure, And Experience

• Active BCBA certification required
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting
• Experience with supervision and staff training preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and executive functioning skills
