• The Role
• We're hiring compassionate, ethical BCBAs and BCaBAs to join our Behavior Services team. You'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have varying levels of behavioral needs in family homes, group homes, supported living, day programs, and the community, working closely with the caregivers and direct support staff who carry out your plans every day.

• Who We Serve
• Adults on the Florida Medicaid Waiver (iBudget) living in family homes, group homes, and supported living
• Adults attending Adult Day Training (ADT), working in the community, or receiving Companion services

• Where We Work
• Our central office is in Pinellas Park (Pinellas County), with positions available throughout the Suncoast Region: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco

• What You'll Do
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Write, revise, and present Behavior Analysis Service Plans (BASPs) in compliance with Florida's Chapter 65G-4 rules, and submit them to the Local Review Committee (LRC) as required
• Observe and monitor plan implementation for fidelity and effectiveness
• Train and coach caregivers and support staff in proactive, positive behavior support strategies
• Collect, graph, and analyze data; complete weekly progress notes and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Submit accurate documentation and billing on time
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, including support plan meetings and psychiatric appointments
• Supervise RBTs in line with BACB requirements
• BCBAs: Supervise BCaBAs and provide fieldwork supervision for team members pursuing certification

• What You Bring
• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification from the BACB
• Master's degree (BCBA) or bachelor's degree (BCaBA) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with autism, intellectual disability, and/or related disorders
• Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and willingness to travel
• Ability to pass Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

• Nice to Have
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or ASL
• Experience with APD iBudget Waiver, Medicaid, or insurance-funded services
