Position Overview
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, support families, and mentor clinical staff. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as needed.
- Provide parent coaching, education, and ongoing clinical support.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification (or applicable state licensure, where required).
- 3+ years of ABA clinical experience.
- Experience supervising and developing clinical staff.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a commitment to high-quality client care.
