About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certification Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our certification programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure that our certification offerings meet industry standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of certification processes, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the value and reach of our programs. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in certification management, project management, or a similar role is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience working with accreditation bodies and understanding of industry standards such as ISO, ANSI, or similar is highly desirable. A background in technology or digital platforms related to certification processes will be considered an advantage. The ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update certification programs to ensure they meet industry standards and client needs.
• Manage all aspects of certification lifecycle, including application review, assessment, and issuance of certificates.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, auditors, and accreditation bodies to maintain program integrity and compliance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures for certification processes.
• Lead efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of certification operations through automation and process optimization.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure certifications remain relevant and compliant.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding certification standards and procedures.
• Analyze program performance metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings related to certification standards and best practices.
