Associate Business Analyst

We are hiring an Associate Business Systems Analyst to support operational reporting, data analysis, process improvement, business requirements, and administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets and develop fact-based insights and KPIs
• Support reports, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and operational analytics
• Identify opportunities to improve process simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Recommend solutions and present alternatives for business needs and impediments
• Gather, define, and document business requirements and processes
• Develop functional, process, and system documentation
• Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues
• Prepare operational reports and process paperwork or work orders
• Organize files and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers
• Support other office and operational duties as assigned

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field; or three years of equivalent analyst experience
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Word
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

• At least one year of Maximo experience
• At least one year of restoration experience
• Familiarity with project-management methodologies
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, reports, requirements, and process documentation
