Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Construction

This role supports the delivery of a hyperscale data center tenant fit-out while helping establish a brand-new data center division within a growing general contractor. You'll play a key role in shaping processes, strategy, and long-term growth in a highly autonomous, entrepreneurial environment.

• The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Construction will be responsible for:
• Supporting the leadership team in delivering a hyperscale data center tenant fit‑out project
• Assisting in building and scaling a new data center division from the ground up
• Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors during fit‑out
• Helping establish processes, standards, and best practices for future data center work
• Tracking schedules, budgets, and project documentation to support successful delivery
• Providing strategic input as the division grows and new projects are secured
• Working closely with executive leadership with regular exposure to ownership
• Profile
• The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Construction should have:
• Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a GC
• Background in commercial construction; data center experience a plus but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
