- ✅ LIS / Pathology Application Support – Mandatory
- ✅ Healthcare / Clinical Systems / EMR
- ✅ Incident, Service Request, Change & Problem Management
- ✅ ServiceNow / Remedy or similar ITSM tools
- ✅ KT, Shadow & Reverse Shadow experience
- ✅ Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- ✅ Runbook / SOP / Support Documentation
- ✅ Offshore Team Coordination & Mentoring
- ✅ Strong Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
- 📌 Experience supporting clinical and ancillary clinical applications is highly preferred.
