AP/AR Vendor Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP/AR Vendor Solutions Analyst in Salisbury, NC. Duties Include:

• Support relationship management efforts with external partners or vendors
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to payments or account status
• Investigate and analyze complex cases to determine current status and next steps
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Perform detailed troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

• Ability to interact professionally with external partners and internal teams
• Skilled in investigating and resolving complex issues
• Capable of performing case analysis and identifying root causes
• Comfortable working across departments to resolve inquiries
• Thorough review of vendor cases and ensuring accurate resolution

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
