- Job Title: Analytics Lead

- We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to drive the architecture, delivery, optimization, and governance of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions. This role will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams, ensuring analytics products are scalable, secure, performant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and reliable BI solutions across Power BI and Tableau environments.
- Analyze and resolve performance issues across dashboards, reports, data models, queries, and visualization layers.
- Establish and enforce standards for data visualization, UX/UI, documentation, governance, and BI development best practices.
- Design and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and platform-level access controls across BI platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand ambiguous requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Promote analytics adoption and self-service capabilities by acting as a data and analytics advocate across business teams.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring data accuracy, report quality, and alignment with business requirements before production deployment.
- Provide technical leadership to distributed/offshore teams, including task allocation, solution guidance, issue resolution, and day-to-day delivery coordination.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and development tasks for engineering teams.
- Manage sprint deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate across business, analytics, engineering, and offshore teams to resolve technical and functional challenges.
- Required Qualifications
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, including Calculated Fields and LOD expressions.
- Strong SQL skills with proven experience working with enterprise data warehouses.
- Proven experience implementing platform-level security policies, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and access controls.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing distributed or offshore delivery teams.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
