- Job Title: Analytics Manager
- Location: Allen, TX — 3 days per week on-site
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- THE OPPORTUNITY
- We are seeking a Analytics Manager to help monitor, improve, and scale operating performance across our litigation investment platform.
- This is a highly hands-on role for an analytical operator who can move seamlessly from “What is happening?” to “Why is it happening?” to “What should we do about it?”
- The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an operator’s mindset. You will be comfortable working through ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problems, and translating insights into practical solutions that improve business performance.
- WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own operational performance: Take ownership of key performance indicators across the operations funnel and develop a deep understanding of end-to-end funnel performance, trends, and drivers.
- Enable better decision-making: Partner with Operations leadership to ensure teams have the data, reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools needed to effectively manage the business and make informed operating decisions.
- Drive data quality: Own data quality across critical operational systems and ensure alignment across third-party systems, vendors, and data sources so that the system of record consistently reflects the best available information.
- Identify and solve performance challenges: Use data, analytics, and business judgment to identify performance drivers, operational constraints, risks, and root causes—and translate those insights into initiatives that improve KPIs.
- Drive operational improvement: Develop scalable operating approaches, establish processes and performance mechanisms, and influence teams across the organization to improve execution and business outcomes.
- Turn insights into action: Move beyond reporting to develop actionable recommendations, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives through implementation and measurable results.
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3–10 years of experience in an analytical, operations, strategy, or related role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience across operations, risk management, and/or third-party management.
- A high degree of ownership and autonomy, with a strong bias toward action and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high-accountability environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating, manipulating, and analyzing data to generate insights, build reporting, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency writing SQL; familiarity with Snowflake and Tableau.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex information simple, clear, and actionable.
- A balanced approach to analytical rigor and business judgment, with the ability to determine not only what the data says, but what the business should do next.
