2. About the Opportunity:
The Analyst, Measurement Success, US (Bilingual Spanish/English Required) is responsible for managing and executing digital advertising effectiveness research projects. This role serves as a consultative resource to clients, primarily English- and Spanish-speaking, enhancing their experience and ensuring successful delivery of insights and recommendations. It contributes to expanding the measurement business in Spanish-speaking markets by supporting client engagements and improving processes within this growing area.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Communicate clearly and directly with English- and Spanish-speaking clients about brand lift methodology, product features, roadmap, limitations, and best practices for measurement products
- • Lead written and verbal client communications in both languages, including emails, reporting, training, troubleshooting, and meetings
- • Translate complex technical and methodological concepts into clear language for bilingual stakeholders
- • Maintain updated knowledge of product changes and methodology
- • Train clients in advertising and media industries on proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software
- • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify customer challenges and advocate for product improvements
- • Compile and analyze data from various sources, including proprietary software, Excel, Qualtrics, and Salesforce
- • Ensure clients’ measurement goals are met through proactive communication and accurate deliverables
- • Follow best practices and standard operating procedures to manage projects and expectations effectively
- • Develop comprehensive understanding of measurement products and internal software to execute sampling strategies accurately
4. Requirements:
- • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with ability to conduct business and communicate complex information in both languages
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, client services, or related client-facing roles
- • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex or technical information
- • Comfort with client teleconferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams
- • Proficiency in Excel including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP
- • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, accountable, and eager to learn
- • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the market research technology landscape
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of digital media ecosystem and advertising operations, experience with survey design and programming tools, Microsoft Excel certification, market research coursework, statistical knowledge, and experience supporting Latin American or Spanish-speaking markets.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • Anticipated annual base salary range of $48,000 to $54,000 (US only)
- • On target annual commission of $2,000 to $6,000
