HRIS Analyst
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – HRIS, you will provide system support, maintain data integrity, drive system improvements, and collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Resolve user issues, support data imports, and manage service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and release activities.
- Coordinate quarterly testing for SuccessFactors releases and patches.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR users.
- Monitor data quality, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments and support the evaluation of new HR technologies.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize HR systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or IT Support.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting system changes, releases, and integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and managing incidents within SLA requirements.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification and automation experience are a plus.
