2. About the Opportunity:

The Analyst, Digital Inventory is responsible for managing digital ad sales intelligence for a portfolio of ad products across various platforms. This role supports station sales and account management teams by providing accurate inventory forecasts, actionable data insights, and reporting to optimize digital advertising inventory performance. The position contributes by ensuring efficient use of ad inventory and facilitating informed sales decisions.

3. Responsibilities:

  • • Provide inventory availability of ad products across different platforms to station planners
  • • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and optimize performance
  • • Research and resolve complex inventory issues independently
  • • Communicate findings and strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • • Develop, refine, and quality assure inventory tools and reports
  • • Create and maintain inventory documentation
  • • Manage additional projects as requested

4. Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • • 1-2 years experience in digital inventory management, data analysis, or related digital industry role
  • • Proficient in Excel (sumifs, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • • Knowledge of digital advertising industry and online ad serving systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Freewheel)
  • • Experience with digital media plan booking systems (e.g., Operative One)
  • • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • • Willingness to work in New York, NY
  • • Must be 18 years or older

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $62,000-$75,000
