Pay Range: $80/hr - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Integration & Development
- Modify and enhance existing Monday.com platforms (request trackers, internal client’s Excellence applications)
- Build ReactJS-based applications from scratch as part of larger team
- Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems using Databricks as mesh layer
- Create visualization interfaces and AI-powered insight hubs
- Data Analytics & AI
- Transform collected data into actionable insights and identify correlations
- Deploy AI agents and chatbots for quick data access
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets using Python notebooks
- Build pro-code solutions in Databricks for data slicing and analysis
- Strategic Architecture
- Provide roadmap recommendations for consolidating 3-5 separate platforms
- Assess current systems and propose strategic improvements
- Balance tactical development with scalability and deployment strategy
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Python (primary language for development)
- Databricks (data engineering, mesh integration, notebooks)
- Data engineering fundamentals (ingestion, structured/unstructured data)
- ReactJS (foundational understanding for front-end applications)
- AI agent development (chatbots, Databricks Genie, MCP protocols)
- Monday.com platform (primary tool for BD Excellence workflows)
- 5-7 years experience required
- Regulatory industry background (medical device, life sciences, aerospace)
- Not required to be full-stack developer, but must understand software design best practices
