Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Integration & Development
• Modify and enhance existing Monday.com platforms (request trackers, internal client’s Excellence applications)
• Build ReactJS-based applications from scratch as part of larger team
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems using Databricks as mesh layer
• Create visualization interfaces and AI-powered insight hubs
• Data Analytics & AI
• Transform collected data into actionable insights and identify correlations
• Deploy AI agents and chatbots for quick data access
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets using Python notebooks
• Build pro-code solutions in Databricks for data slicing and analysis
• Strategic Architecture
• Provide roadmap recommendations for consolidating 3-5 separate platforms
• Assess current systems and propose strategic improvements
• Balance tactical development with scalability and deployment strategy

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Python (primary language for development)
• Databricks (data engineering, mesh integration, notebooks)
• Data engineering fundamentals (ingestion, structured/unstructured data)
• ReactJS (foundational understanding for front-end applications)
• AI agent development (chatbots, Databricks Genie, MCP protocols)
• Monday.com platform (primary tool for BD Excellence workflows)
• 5-7 years experience required
• Regulatory industry background (medical device, life sciences, aerospace)
• Not required to be full-stack developer, but must understand software design best practices
