Job Title: AI Business Analyst (AI BA)

• Experience: 5+ years (with AI/ML project experience preferred)
• Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly motivated AI Business Analyst (AI BA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and AI/technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, and an understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and data-driven solutions. The AI BA will work closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business users to identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and customer experiences.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support AI solution design, model evaluation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Understand AI concepts including Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, RAG, and AI agents.
• Analyze business processes and recommend AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and other project documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business goals, compliance, security, and ethical AI standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Experience working on AI/ML, Generative AI, or data analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
