Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics and CJA Data Analyst to support digital product analytics and behavioral tracking initiatives by analyzing complex datasets, generating reports, and delivering actionable insights that guide product and business decisions.

Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead the lifecycle of analysis from data gathering to stakeholder presentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX, marketing, and platform teams, to design dashboards, validate data, and communicate results to stakeholders. This role ensures the analytics experience is focused heavily on user and stakeholder engagement rather than exclusively on implementation and backend tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze health management and digital engagement data, including financial, pharmacy, claims, and member datasets.
• Generate reports and dashboards via MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, and Business Objects.
• Gather and interpret business requirements, proactively identify data trends, and recommend next steps.
• Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Interface with senior management and stakeholders to present insights and support decision-making.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior analysts.
• Participate in agile development team meetings, design reviews, and analytics touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of behavioral analytics experience.
• 5 years of mobile application analytics experience.
• Expert-level experience in Data Analysis and Visualization.
• Advanced-level experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Demonstrated experience completing the full lifecycle of analysis, working primarily with stakeholders and users.
• Strong storytelling ability and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with UX design principles and wireframing tools (Miro, Figma).
• Experience in Agile project management.
• Background working with healthcare data.
• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Certification.
• Business Practitioner Professional Certification.
