Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Analyst to join our team in Bolton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting functions for the business entity under our corporate umbrella.
• This position is ideal for a well-rounded accounting professional who enjoys managing end-to-end financial operations—from daily transactions to month-end reconciliations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes for your designated entity in accordance with standard accounting principles.
• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, oversee collections, and maintain clean AR/AP aging schedules.
• Perform regular bank, balance sheet, and credit card reconciliations to ensure general ledger integrity.
• Track, post, and reconcile inter-company transfers, billings, and account balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing trial balances, account analysis, and financial summaries for management.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow statements specific to transportation operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline logistics-related financial processes.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and year-end reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience (Required).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using NetSuite (Preferred).
• Solid knowledge of core accounting concepts: AP, AR, payroll administration, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for vendor management.
