Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounts Payable stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for Workday configuration.
Support Workday Finance / Financial Management and Accounts Payable workstreams.
Document business processes, workflows, requirements, and functional specifications.
Participate in large-scale ERP implementation and transformation activities.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams.
Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support configuration requirements, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Adapt to evolving business processes and become a subject matter expert within assigned workstreams.
Required Skills
Strong Business Analysis experience in an ERP environment.
Experience with Workday Finance / Financial Management.
Hands-on functional knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP).
Experience supporting ERP or Workday implementations.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional/configuration requirements.
