Looking for an IT Systems Analyst to provide L1/L2 production and application support for critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital, Asset Finance & Securitization applications at a banking client. The role involves incident/problem/change management, application deployments, data-flow support, troubleshooting, security/governance, and disaster recovery activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• L1/L2 Production & Application Support
• Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Shell / Perl / Batch / Python scripting
• Unix/Linux/Windows Servers
• Application Deployments & Installations
• Java/J2EE Applications
• SQL/PLSQL
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong understanding of banking/finance applications, particularly Credits & Working Capital
• Strong communication, documentation & multitasking skills
• Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call support
