VP Senior Data Architect

A leading investment management firm is seeking a VP Senior Data Architect to join the growing Technology team

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data architecture roadmap.
• Design a single source of truth across investment, operations, client, and reporting data.
• Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Lead enterprise data modeling, data integration, and data warehouse design.
• Establish data governance, lineage, cataloging, and data quality standards.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver governed, enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
• Drive modernization initiatives and recommend improvements to existing data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services; asset or investment management experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Experience with enterprise data modeling, ETL/ELT, lakehouse/data warehouse architecture, and SQL.
• Experience implementing data governance solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Atlan, or similar).
• Python experience and strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
