• We are hiring a Video Content Analyst to review and classify video content against detailed policy guidelines. The role demands sharp judgement and consistency — making sure the content surface stays high-quality and policy-compliant.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Review video content against policy and quality guidelines
• - Classify, tag, and rate content with high inter-rater consistency
• - Flag edge cases and ambiguities to policy and operations leads
• - Provide structured feedback that improves classifier and policy accuracy
• - Maintain quality benchmarks and meet daily throughput targets
• - Document review rationale clearly when needed

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• - 1+ years in content moderation, trust & safety, or media review
• - Strong attention to detail and consistency
• - Excellent written English
• - Comfort applying detailed guidelines under time pressure
• - Resilience around exposure to challenging or sensitive content
• - Familiarity with content review platforms and policy frameworks is a plus
