- Role Description The Vice President of Data & Analytics is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the data strategy across Rishvaware Technologies. This role oversees data analytics initiatives, builds and manages high-performing analytics teams, and ensures data-driven decision-making across product development, digital marketing, training, and outsourcing services. Day-to-day activities include defining key performance metrics, leading advanced analytics and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and aligning data insights with business and financial objectives. The VP will also implement best practices in data governance, guide the adoption of analytics tools and platforms, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience leading analytics functions in a technology or digital services environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics and statistics, including the use of modern analytics tools, dashboards, and visualization platforms.
- Understanding of finance and business analytics to translate data insights into actionable strategic and financial decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data strategies, governance frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
- Experience building and mentoring diverse, high-performing data and analytics teams in a remote or distributed setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) is required; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Background in web, mobile, product development, or digital marketing analytics is highly beneficial.
