We're ideally looking for someone with a Big Four IT audit background who has hands-on experience either auditing User Access Reviews (UARs) or executing UARs as a consultant or analyst.

This individual will primarily support a second-line oversight function focused on UAR quality assurance. Responsibilities will include:

  • Following up directly with reviewers regarding review completion and quality concerns
  • Answering reviewer questions and providing guidance throughout the review process
  • Escalating overdue reviews and other issues requiring management attention
  • Performing quality checks and oversight activities to ensure reviews meet established standards
  • Interacting directly with the client on a regular basis
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Key Requirements

  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 + years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior UAR auditing, testing, or execution experience
  • Any industry background is acceptable
  • Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones
