Traveling Superintendent (Data Center)

We are currently partnered with a top 10 ENR contractor looking to add Superintendents to their mission critical team. There are several locations that this position can operate in and we are open to discussing all options. One of the better packages on the market paying a base, per diem, bonus, vehicle allowance, healthcare etc

Responsibilities

:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for data center construction project
• s.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standard
• s.Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with project specification
• s.Manage project sequencing, logistics, and trade coordination activitie
• s.Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reportin
• g.Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impact
• s.Collaborate closely with project management, owners, and design team

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience, preferably on mission critical or data center proje
