SUPERINTENDENT - CORE & SHELL DATA CENTER

Lead Construction of Hyperscale Data Center Facilities

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee core and shell operations on a large-scale AI data center campus consisting of multiple hyperscale facilities and supporting infrastructure.

This role will focus on site development, foundations, structural steel, concrete, building enclosure, roofing, and interior buildout activities across a campus valued in the billions.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations and site activities
• Manage subcontractor coordination and project sequencing
• Drive schedule performance and production goals
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational excellence standards
• Coordinate with project management and owner representatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience with large-scale industrial, manufacturing, distribution, aviation, healthcare, or mission-critical facilities
• Proven success delivering complex projects on schedule

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellendale, ND.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $58.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
